As the Marketing Director at MUNERA, Lily is responsible for the development and execution of the firm’s marketing, branding and business development strategy and initiatives.
Lily liaises with every department at MUNERA to develop the firm’s different marketing, communications and business development campaigns with focus on the promotion and enhancement of the firm’s branding and reputation as a leading Canadian boutique full service law firm.
Lily’s professional experience spans more than 10 years, with a focus on marketing, sales, branding and customer experience in the service industry. Prior to joining MUNERA, she was the Operations Director of a leading corporation in the hospitality industry focused on the corporate furnished accommodations market. She directed various sales, marketing and branding campaigns with focus on the corporate client sector.
Before branching into marketing and branding, Lily practiced as an interior designer at both a leading Canadian architectural firm in its Toronto office and her own design firm.
Lily holds a Bachelor of Interior Design from Ryerson University and a Diploma of Architectural Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
Lily is fluent in English, Chinese Cantonese and Vietnamese.
